Saya Disabled & Autistic School is a government-recognized special education institution established in 2012, dedicated to providing quality education and comprehensive support for children with special needs. We serve children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment, Speech and Language Disorders, and other disabilities.

Saya Disabled & Autistic School is a government-recognized special education institution established in 2012 at Mohorkaya, Lalpur Upazila, Natore District, Bangladesh. The school is managed by Ek Shathe Choli (ESCH), a registered organization under the District Social Services Office, Natore (Registration No. 306/2001). It was founded in accordance with the Integrated Special Education Policy on Disability–2009 to provide quality education, medical support, therapy, training, and rehabilitation for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment, Speech and Language Disorders, and other special needs.
Since its establishment, the school has been working tirelessly to ensure education, healthcare, therapy, rehabilitation, vocational training, and social inclusion for children and persons with disabilities throughout Natore District.
At present, the school serves 291 students with disabilities, including 180 students with Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (NDD) and 111 students with Non-Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (Non-NDD). A dedicated team of 34 teachers and staff members works with professionalism and compassion to support the educational and developmental needs of every learner.
In recognition of its outstanding contribution to special education, Saya Disabled & Autistic School has been honored as the Best Special Education Institution in Natore District.
The institution owns 44 decimals of land, which has been developed as its permanent campus. Educational activities are currently conducted in two semi-permanent academic buildings, while continuous efforts are underway to develop a modern, safe, and fully accessible learning environment.
The school received official recognition from the Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, through Letter Memorandum No. 41.00.0000.054.53.053.12-367, dated 23 November 2015. In accordance with the Ministry's directives, the District Social Services Office has conducted several inspections and submitted satisfactory reports confirming the school's compliance with national standards.
The institution currently employs 34 teachers and staff members, including 20 Special Education Teachers, 3 Therapists, 6 Education Assistants, 1 Office Assistant, 1 MLSS, 3 Drivers, and 1 Night Guard.
The school places great importance on professional development. Thirteen (13) teachers have earned the Bachelor of Special Education (B.S.Ed.) degree from the National University of Bangladesh, while two (2) teachers have completed the Master of Special Education (M.S.Ed.) degree. Through qualified professionals, modern teaching methods, and a child-centred learning environment, Saya Disabled & Autistic School is committed to empowering children with disabilities to become independent, skilled, and respected members of society.
